"We have been working with Nicole for 10+ years and 2 home purchases and one home sale. She is warm, friendly, honest, and most of all knowledgeable about the process and any issues you encounter. She does a thorough job of setting expectations and meeting them. This is incredibly important when engaging in possibly one of the biggest financial transactions of your life. "It takes not just a special realtor, but a special person to perform at Nicole’s level. It wasn’t merely that she always got back to us right away—impressive in itself—but her efficiency. When we emailed Nicole about a house, she would respond (immediately) with preliminary research: the disclosures, information about what other houses near it sold for, and so on. Often we were able to eliminate potential houses on the basis of the preliminary information alone. When we did decide to see a house, Nicole made it a priority to get us in to see it immediately. If a house we liked was already under contract, she helped us put in back up offers. Once we went under contract, Nicole knew just who to call to make sure we got all our inspections done within the time constraints of our short option period. Nicole isn’t just a good realtor: she is a great realtor. Her skill level, attentiveness, and experience set her apart. But beyond that, at the end of the day, Nicole cares about you. She doesn’t care if she sells you a $100,000 fixer upper or a $1,000,000 dream home. She wants you to find the right house for you, and she doesn’t want you to pay more for a house than it’s worth. It’s rare to find a great realtor, but it’s rarer still to find a great realtor who is also a good person. "We are retiring from Texas to Kentucky and were selling our home in Fort Worth. Buying and selling are not something most people do often and the laws and market changes so we needed someone to guide us through the process and help us maximize the amount we received so we could put it into our new home.Pre-sale - Nicole with eXp Realty, LLC was referred to us from our financial planner. We initially met with her almost a year and a half before we actually sold. To start off, she gave us great advice on what updates we needed to make and what to not be worried about. You can spend a lot of money fixing things that don’t matter to buyers or won’t bring you a return for your investment. She also had us work virtually first with her stager, who let us know the level we needed to clear things off of cabinets and closets and countertops. She was MEAN! No, just kidding, she was great to work with but let us know what needed to go so people could see the home, not our stuff and our taste. We loaded a POD with things from the closets, garage and storage shed to thin things out.Getting ready to sell – Nicole met with us several times during the process, with encouragement for the way we were thinning things out as well as with market updates. Nicole’s stager Wendy came a few days before the photographer to move a couple of things here and there and let us know what needed to be tucked into the closets for pictures and showings and giving us encouragement.Pricing – Nicole walked us through pricing and how the offers might work and the process. Selling your home is nerve-wracking and exciting and terrifying so she shared some funny stories of things that have happened and what we might be feeling as well.Selecting an offer – she helped us review and weigh each offer so we could understand the options.After the offer is accepted – Nicole was with us every step of the way with questions we had about turning over the house to the new owners and dealing with the paperwork and such.All in all, she made a very difficult and emotional process easy for us. Let her help you with your sale or purchase and I’m sure you will be as happy and grateful as we are!"

"We are so fortunate to have Nicole as our realtor. She helped us buy a home at below list price in this crazy DFW housing market (house closed on 05/27/2021) where houses were going for $50k or above list price. We saw couple of homes before we finally got what we closed on. But not even one time she pushed us to go crazy over list price, in-fact there was one time she asked us to reduce our offer since she was worried whether that house would appraise for the price we were offering. She really looks out for your family and genuinely wants good things for your family. This is our second home purchased with Nicole representing us and we are going to request her not to retire so that she can represent us again in the future :)"
